Our story
The founders’ consulting experience began in Switzerland in 1998, advising entrepreneurs, business owners and private clients on commercial and financial matters. As their clients’ businesses became more international, the work grew to include where to operate, how to manage cross-border income and how business and family arrangements would fit together.
After Bulgaria joined the European Union in 2007, it became a focus for clients seeking a practical European base. The team’s work in Bulgaria developed through company registrations, representative offices, residence applications, banking preparation and local administration. Clients were drawn to EU access, manageable operating costs and the possibility of establishing an affordable business presence.
From the mid-2010s, the core partners progressively moved their professional focus and client operations to Bulgaria, with Burgas becoming the principal base. Client files, local relationships, administration, accounting coordination and day-to-day work were increasingly handled in Bulgaria. Today, ARG works with clients ranging from people establishing their first Bulgarian company to international trading businesses operating across several markets. Our involvement continues as they begin trading, reporting, hiring and banking, with attention to management, financial records, ownership, local presence and the owners’ personal arrangements.
