Terms and Conditions. Privacy Policy

Effective date: 16 August 2026

These T&C and PP are issued by АТЛАС РЕЛОКЕЙШЪН ГРУП ЕООД / ATLAS RELOCATION GROUP EOOD, a single-member limited liability company incorporated and existing under the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, entered in the Commercial Register and Register of Non-Profit Legal Entities under Unified Identification Code 208909675, with registered office and address of management at the Republic of Bulgaria, Burgas District, Pomorie Municipality, 8200 Pomorie, 1A Arda Street, Entrance 1, Floor 4, Apartment 17.

The company is referred to throughout these T&C and PP as “ARG,” “we,” “us” or “our.” ARG’s current operational, privacy and security contact details are those published on the Website and, where applicable, specified in an Order Confirmation, proposal, invoice, engagement document or other written communication issued by ARG.

These T&C and PP constitute a single legal instrument governing the Website, all information and digital functions made available through it, enquiries, consultations, bookings, payments, Services, Professional appointments, cancellations, communications, documents, intellectual property, confidentiality, liability, personal-data processing, cookies and similar technologies, information security and every other relationship arising from a person’s access to, interaction with or engagement of ARG.

1. Scope, Acceptance and Contractual Status

1.1. These T&C and PP apply to every person who accesses, browses or uses the Website; submits an enquiry, form, questionnaire, message, document or booking request; uses a calculator, assessment, AI-assisted function, file-upload facility, payment interface, calendar or other digital tool; requests or receives information, a quotation or proposal; books, pays for or attends a consultation; accepts an Order Confirmation; instructs ARG to commence work; receives or uses a Service or deliverable; communicates with ARG or a member of the Service Team in relation to a prospective or existing engagement; or otherwise enters into a contractual, commercial or operational relationship with ARG.

1.2. A person accessing the Website without purchasing a Service is bound by all provisions capable of applying to Website access, including those concerning permitted use, information and reliance, intellectual property, security, personal data, cookies, external services, indemnity, liability, governing law and jurisdiction. A person requesting, booking, purchasing or receiving a Service is additionally bound by every provision applicable to that Service.

1.3. For the purposes of these T&C and PP:

(a) “Business Client” means a Client acting wholly or mainly for purposes connected with a trade, profession, business, investment, corporate activity, property activity or commercial project;

(b) “Business Day” means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or official public holiday in the Republic of Bulgaria;

(c) “Client” means the natural person, legal entity or other organisation identified as the customer, instructing party, payer or service recipient in an enquiry, booking, Order Confirmation, proposal, engagement document or invoice and includes, where applicable, a prospective Client and any person acting or purporting to act on its behalf;

(d) “Consumer” means a natural person acting wholly or mainly outside that person’s trade, business, craft or profession;

(e) “Order Confirmation” means any written or electronic record issued or accepted by ARG which identifies or confirms a Service, scope, Client, price, payment, appointment, duration, Service Team configuration, timetable, assumption or other engagement term, including an accepted proposal, statement of work, engagement letter, booking confirmation, checkout confirmation, paid invoice or written acceptance;

(f) “Professional” means an attorney, accountant, tax adviser, immigration specialist, auditor, translator, interpreter, compliance specialist, consultant, notary, financial professional, property specialist, licensed intermediary or another person whose professional qualifications, status, licence or regulatory authorisation are relevant to an assignment;

(g) “Professional Engagement” means the engagement under which a Professional accepts responsibility for defined professional work;

(h) “Professional Fee” means remuneration attributable to work accepted or performed by a Professional under a Professional Engagement;

(i) “Service” or “Services” means any consultation, assessment, advisory, relocation, administrative, professional-access, accounting, tax, payroll, immigration, compliance, corporate, property, wealth-administration, banking-onboarding, licensing, translation, document, technology, coordination, research, project-management or related service accepted by ARG;

(j) “Service Team” means ARG personnel and any Professional, consultant, contractor, project manager, administrator, translator, supplier or specialist selected or allocated in connection with a Service;

(k) “Third-Party Charges” means government charges, Professional Fees, court, notarial, registry and banking charges, translation, certification and legalisation costs, courier and travel expenses, external database charges, expert fees, provider charges and other expenditure payable for the work, decision, product or service of a person other than ARG;

(l) “Website” means the website operated or controlled by ARG, together with its subdomains, pages, forms, questionnaires, booking facilities, payment interfaces, file-upload functions, client areas, calendar and meeting functions, AI-assisted tools, communications, integrations and connected digital systems; and

(m) “Writing” includes a signed document, electronic signature, email, accepted electronic form, secure portal message, Order Confirmation or another durable electronic record capable of being retained and reproduced.

1.4. Acceptance of these T&C and PP occurs when a person checks an acceptance box, submits an enquiry or booking, applies an electronic signature, accepts an Order Confirmation, pays or authorises payment of an amount, requests commencement of work, attends or uses a booked Service, provides substantive instructions after being given access to these T&C and PP or otherwise proceeds with the relevant interaction or engagement. Where applicable law requires a separate disclosure, request, acknowledgement or consent, the affected activity shall take effect upon completion of that requirement.

1.5. Acceptance of the contractual provisions and acknowledgement of the personal-data provisions may be recorded through the same electronic interface for administrative and evidential purposes. Consent shall be requested separately where consent is the required legal basis for a particular processing activity.

1.6. A person acting for another individual, company, partnership, trust, foundation, shareholder, director, beneficial owner, employee, family member, dependant, client or principal warrants that the person possesses full authority to provide instructions, disclose information, submit documents and bind the represented person to the extent stated in the engagement. ARG may require evidence of identity, capacity, representation, guardianship, corporate authority, beneficial ownership or power of attorney at any time.

1.7. A Client’s enquiry, booking request, submission or payment instruction constitutes an offer to acquire the selected Service. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt only. ARG accepts an engagement by issuing an Order Confirmation, expressly confirming acceptance in Writing, countersigning an engagement document or commencing the accepted work.

1.8. ARG may refuse, reverse or correct an apparent acceptance where it identifies a conflict of interest, compliance concern, unavailable Professional, insufficient capacity, manifest pricing or description error, duplicated booking, payment irregularity, security concern, unsuitable scope, incomplete or unreliable information, legal or professional restriction or another material impediment. ARG may elect to offer a revised scope, corrected price, alternative Professional, replacement appointment, service credit or refund of the amount attributable to the unperformed Service.

1.9. The contract governing a Service comprises, in descending order of priority: an individually negotiated and signed agreement; the applicable Order Confirmation or accepted proposal; service-specific conditions clearly presented before acceptance or payment; these T&C and PP; and any Website description expressly incorporated into the Order Confirmation. A Professional Engagement governs the professional work accepted by the relevant Professional and operates alongside ARG’s engagement. A more specific provision prevails only to the extent of an actual inconsistency.

1.10. No oral statement, informal message, preliminary estimate, social-media communication or statement made by a person lacking authority shall amend an engagement unless expressly adopted by ARG in Writing.

1.11. ARG may issue proposals, contracts, confirmations, invoices, receipts, notices, cancellation decisions, refunds and deliverables electronically. Website logs, accepted checkboxes, electronic signatures, payment records, email records, calendar records, portal activity, document versions, authentication records, IP information, device information and meeting-attendance records may be retained and relied upon as evidence of identity, disclosure, instructions, acceptance, payment, performance, attendance and delivery.

1.12. ARG may communicate in English, Bulgarian, Russian, Ukrainian or another agreed language. The version identified as controlling in the Order Confirmation shall prevail. In the absence of such identification, the English version shall prevail, subject to any mandatory language requirement applicable to a Consumer.

1.13. References to legislation, regulations and professional rules include them as amended, supplemented, replaced or re-enacted. Headings assist navigation and do not restrict interpretation. “Including” and similar expressions are illustrative and do not limit the preceding language.

1.14. These T&C and PP shall be interpreted to preserve their maximum lawful commercial effect. If a mandatory rule prevents a provision from operating in its stated form, that provision shall be restricted, modified or severed only to the minimum extent necessary. Every exclusion, limitation, remedy, indemnity, allocation of responsibility and liability cap is intended to operate separately and cumulatively.

2. Website Information, Communications and Digital Use

2.1. All information made available through the Website, including articles, publications, news, service descriptions, FAQs, guides, jurisdictional summaries, checklists, calculators, assessments, indicative prices, estimated timelines, newsletters, downloadable materials, social-media content, AI-assisted responses, automated outputs and preliminary communications, is provided solely for general information and orientation.

2.2. No information available through the Website constitutes legal advice, a legal opinion, tax advice, accounting advice, audit assurance, immigration advice, investment advice, financial advice, regulated professional advice or a recommendation prepared for the particular circumstances of any person.

2.3. Website information is not a substitute for an accepted engagement, factual investigation, document review, conflict check, regulatory assessment or advice delivered for an identified Client by the responsible member of the Service Team. No person shall rely upon Website information to act, refrain from acting, incur expenditure, enter into a transaction, change tax residence, make an investment, submit an application, miss a deadline or determine legal, financial or commercial rights.

2.4. Website information may be abbreviated, translated, illustrative, incomplete, inaccurate or outdated and may cease to reflect current legislation, official practice, professional interpretation, authority systems, market conditions, exchange rates, processing periods, provider terms or Third-Party Charges. ARG gives no representation or warranty, express or implied, concerning the accuracy, completeness, suitability, availability, timeliness, merchantability or fitness for purpose of Website information.

2.5. Website information is made available on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARG excludes liability for any act, omission, decision, cost, loss or consequence arising from access to, inability to access, use of or reliance upon the Website or any general information made available through it.

2.6. A response to a general enquiry, contact form, chat message, social-media message or preliminary email is indicative, incomplete by nature and does not involve verification of facts or documents unless expressly stated otherwise in an accepted engagement.

2.7. Submission of an enquiry, document, booking or payment does not by itself create an attorney–client relationship, regulated professional engagement, fiduciary duty, duty to preserve rights, duty to monitor a deadline, duty to make a filing or duty to take protective action. Such a duty arises only when the relevant work has been expressly accepted in Writing by ARG or the responsible Professional.

2.8. ARG monitors only deadlines expressly identified by the Client and expressly accepted by the responsible Service Team member as part of a confirmed scope. ARG has no responsibility for a deadline which is undisclosed, inaccurately stated, communicated through an unapproved channel or submitted without sufficient time, information, authority or payment for performance.

2.9. ARG’s general email addresses, contact forms, messaging accounts and social-media accounts are not approved channels for service of court documents, procedural papers, administrative acts, appeals, formal notices addressed to a Professional or other documents requiring verified or time-sensitive receipt. Delivery to a general or shared inbox shall not constitute formal service or create a duty to act unless receipt and acceptance are expressly confirmed by the responsible person.

2.10. The Client shall use only the notice, cancellation, security, privacy or professional channel designated for the relevant purpose. A communication sent through another channel is effective only when ARG expressly confirms that it has been received and accepted for that purpose.

2.11. ARG may alter, restrict, suspend or discontinue Website content or functionality at any time for maintenance, security, provider changes, capacity, legal requirements or commercial reasons. ARG does not warrant that access will be continuous, secure, timely, error-free, omission-free or free from malicious code.

2.12. The Website may link to or integrate with public authorities, commercial registers, government portals, banks, Stripe, Webflow, Google services, mapping providers, video providers, communication platforms, social networks, analytics providers, consent-management providers, cloud providers, electronic-signature systems and other third parties. ARG does not control and is not responsible for their content, infrastructure, availability, acts, omissions, decisions, terms, security or processing.

2.13. A link, integration, reference, listing or introduction does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement of a third party. ARG may remove, replace or discontinue an external provider or integration without liability.

2.14. ARG may use automated and AI-assisted systems for navigation, classification, intake, translation support, summarisation, document organisation, drafting support, quality control, security and administration. Outputs depend upon the information supplied and the system configuration. They do not constitute regulated advice or a binding professional conclusion unless expressly reviewed and confirmed for the Client under an accepted engagement.

2.15. The booking system may use service category, urgency, jurisdictions, number of persons, language, duration, document volume, preparation requirements, complexity and Professional participation to recommend a consultation and calculate a displayed price. The binding price is the total confirmed immediately before payment and recorded in the Order Confirmation, subject to correction of a manifest technical or calculation error.

2.16. A Website user shall not engage in unauthorised access, credential sharing, vulnerability testing without written authority, malware distribution, phishing, impersonation, fraudulent booking, payment fraud, harassment, scraping, bulk extraction, reverse engineering, circumvention of controls, unreasonable automated traffic, interference with operation, extraction of ARG’s pricing logic or service taxonomy, unauthorised recording or use of ARG content to train or operate a competing commercial system.

2.17. ARG may block access, cancel bookings, invalidate credentials, preserve evidence, investigate activity and disclose relevant information to providers, insurers, financial institutions, Professionals or competent authorities where reasonably necessary to protect ARG, its systems, Clients or third parties.

2.18. All rights in the Website, ARG name, trade marks, visual identity, layout, databases, text, graphics, service architecture, taxonomies, questionnaires, calculators, workflows, methods, templates, software, pricing logic and other content belong to ARG or the relevant licensor. Website access grants no licence other than a revocable right to view the Website for lawful personal or internal business purposes.

2.19. Website content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, modified, displayed, licensed, sold, indexed, harvested or commercially exploited without ARG’s prior written consent. ARG may require the removal of any link, reference, framing, use of its branding or other association which it considers misleading, unauthorised or harmful to its reputation.

2.20. A Business Client or Website user shall indemnify ARG against third-party claims, losses, penalties, investigation costs and reasonable legal expenses arising from unlawful Website use, infringement of intellectual-property rights, malicious activity, unauthorised access, fraudulent submissions or breach of this Section.

3. Services, Scope, Professionals and Client Responsibility

3.1. ARG provides premium multidisciplinary consulting, relocation, professional-access, administrative, technology, coordination and project-management Services. The precise Service supplied in any matter is limited to the scope expressly stated in the applicable Order Confirmation.

3.2. No Service, deliverable, jurisdiction, person, entity, period, filing, meeting, review, monitoring obligation or follow-up activity shall be implied from prior dealings, general Website content, professional knowledge, commercial practice or the fact that a related issue could reasonably have been identified.

3.3. ARG is not required to investigate or advise upon matters outside the confirmed scope, identify every issue arising from Client information, update completed work following a change of facts or law, monitor the Client’s continuing compliance or advise upon later events unless a separate continuing engagement has been expressly accepted.

3.4. Additional work, including further consultations, written advice, document preparation, filings, translations, legalisations, appeals, authority attendance, audit support, retrospective corrections, additional persons, entities or jurisdictions, urgent work and post-completion assistance, may require a revised Order Confirmation and additional payment.

3.5. ARG controls the internal allocation, sequencing and administration of its Services. ARG may select, assign, replace, supplement or reorganise members of the Service Team for reasons including expertise, language, capacity, continuity, security, professional conflict, illness, location, quality or compliance. A named person is substitutable unless expressly identified in the Order Confirmation as essential and non-substitutable.

3.6. ARG may use Professionals, contractors, subcontractors, translators, technology providers, couriers and other suppliers where ARG considers their involvement appropriate. Internal allocation of work does not create a contractual relationship between the Client and an individual team member unless a separate engagement is expressly concluded.

3.7. Where legal advice, representation or another activity reserved to an attorney is required, that work shall be accepted and controlled by the responsible attorney under the applicable Professional Engagement. Substantive legal instructions, privileged documents, legal strategy, legal opinions and attorney advice shall be exchanged through the direct protected channel approved by the attorney.

3.8. ARG may continue to provide its separately agreed consultation, platform, booking, administrative, technology, payment-administration, translation, project-management and coordination Services. ARG remuneration shall be determined separately from the attorney’s Professional Fee.

3.9. Each Professional independently determines whether the Professional will accept or continue an assignment and remains responsible for the Professional’s own judgment, advice, representation, professional secrecy and regulated conduct. Where a proposed Professional is unavailable or unable to act, ARG may identify a replacement without thereby accepting responsibility for the original Professional’s inability to proceed.

3.10. ARG and members of the Service Team may undertake identity, authority, beneficial-ownership, conflict, sanctions, politically exposed person, anti-money-laundering, source-of-funds, source-of-wealth, fraud, document-authenticity and reputational checks. The Client shall provide all information and documentation requested for those purposes and authorises verification through reliable public, governmental, professional and commercial sources.

3.11. ARG may refuse, restrict, restructure, suspend or terminate an engagement where information is incomplete, inconsistent or unreliable; payment is overdue; a conflict, sanctions, fraud, legal, professional, security or reputational concern arises; or continued performance is considered impracticable or inappropriate. ARG may withhold the detailed reason where disclosure is restricted or would prejudice security, professional duties, legal rights or compliance obligations.

3.12. The Client warrants that every fact, instruction, declaration and document supplied to ARG or a Professional is accurate, complete, authentic, current, internally consistent, lawfully obtained and authorised for the intended use. ARG and the Service Team may rely upon Client-supplied information without independent verification unless verification is expressly included in the scope.

3.13. The Client bears responsibility for all consequences arising from an omission, concealed fact, late disclosure, inaccurate translation, forged or altered document, inconsistent instruction, unauthorised disclosure, factual error or failure by the Client or its representative to complete an assigned action.

3.14. The Client warrants that it possesses all authority and lawful grounds required to provide information and documents concerning shareholders, directors, beneficial owners, employees, family members, dependants, customers, counterparties and other persons. A Business Client shall indemnify ARG against claims arising from an unauthorised or unlawful disclosure by the Client.

3.15. The Client shall promptly provide all information, documents, originals, certified copies, explanations, decisions, approvals and funds required for performance. Any period stated for ARG’s performance is automatically extended by the duration and effect of Client delay, incomplete information, changed instructions, unpaid amounts or third-party delay.

3.16. Before signature, approval, submission or filing, the Client shall verify all names, dates, addresses, identity details, passport details, ownership information, financial amounts, bank details, translations, transaction terms and factual statements within the Client’s knowledge. Client approval constitutes confirmation that the factual review has been completed.

3.17. ARG may rely upon instructions from a person whom the Client has identified or held out as authorised, including a director, employee, family coordinator, attorney, accountant, adviser or agent. ARG is not responsible for an internal dispute, unauthorised instruction or inconsistency among the Client’s representatives unless ARG had actual knowledge that the relevant authority had been withdrawn.

3.18. Where the Client engages another adviser in relation to the same or a connected matter, the Client is responsible for coordinating instructions and resolving inconsistent recommendations. ARG is not liable for consequences arising from the advice, documents, acts or omissions of another adviser or from the Client’s decision to follow another adviser.

3.19. Accounting, bookkeeping and reporting Services are performed from the records, classifications, explanations and approvals supplied by the Client. Unless expressly included in the Order Confirmation, the engagement does not include audit, assurance, forensic examination, fraud detection, valuation, legal due diligence, verification of commercial substance or independent confirmation of every underlying transaction.

3.20. The Client retains responsibility for original accounting documents, the completeness of recorded transactions, lawful business conduct, inventories, cash balances, supporting evidence, management judgments, approval of accounting policies and payment of taxes, salaries, social-security contributions and other liabilities.

3.21. Unless another deadline is stated in Writing, documents for recurring monthly accounting Services must be received in complete and usable form by the fifth Business Day of the following month. ARG may defer late or incomplete documents to the next processing cycle, charge an express-work fee or decline responsibility for any resulting filing delay, interest, penalty, lost relief or authority action.

3.22. Instructions relating to hiring, termination, payroll changes, leave, sickness, benefits or other employment events must be delivered within the period stated by ARG and, where no period is stated, not less than three Business Days before the action is required. The Client is responsible for consequences arising from late, incomplete or inaccurate employment information.

3.23. ARG may increase accounting, payroll, tax, compliance or recurring Service fees where document volume, turnover, transaction complexity, number of employees, bank accounts, payment systems, jurisdictions, entities, filings, audits, authority enquiries or reporting requirements exceed the assumptions on which the current fee was based.

3.24. Tax analysis is based on disclosed facts, stated intentions, current law and available official practice. ARG is not responsible for a tax result affected by undisclosed facts, later conduct, another jurisdiction’s characterisation, an authority’s differing interpretation or a subsequent legislative or administrative change.

3.25. Immigration, residence, citizenship, licence, permit, banking, financing, insurance, property, education and authority outcomes remain subject to the powers, policies, systems, evidence requirements and discretion of the relevant third party. ARG does not guarantee acceptance, timing, continued eligibility, transaction completion, account opening, financing or another external result.

3.26. The Client retains exclusive responsibility for personal, commercial, investment, financing, tax, relocation and timing decisions. ARG and the Service Team may provide information and recommendations within an accepted scope; the Client determines the final instruction and accepts the commercial and personal consequences of that instruction.

3.27. The Client shall protect its devices, passwords, authentication codes, email accounts, meeting links, payment instructions, uploaded files and physical documents. Changed bank or payment instructions must be verified through an independent known channel. ARG is not responsible for loss caused by a compromised Client system or failure to follow a security warning where responsibility for that event does not legally attach to ARG.

3.28. The Client and its representatives shall act lawfully and professionally. Threats, harassment, discriminatory conduct, abuse, fraud, document manipulation, unlawful recording, system interference, repeated non-cooperation or conduct creating legal, professional, security or reputational risk entitles ARG to suspend or terminate Services immediately, without prejudice to fees and costs already due.

4. Fees, Invoices, Payments and Financial Terms

4.1. The price of a Service may comprise a consultation fee, assessment fee, reservation or preparation component, administrative fee, platform fee, coordination fee, project-management fee, fixed fee, hourly fee, milestone fee, retainer, subscription, Professional Fee, tax and Third-Party Charges. The amount presently payable is the amount stated in the applicable Order Confirmation.

4.2. Website prices are indicative unless expressly confirmed at checkout. Dynamic prices may reflect complexity, urgency, jurisdictions, persons, duration, preparation, document volume, language and Professional participation. ARG may correct a manifest technical, typographical or calculation error and may offer the Client the corrected price or cancel the affected unperformed Service.

4.3. A fixed fee covers only the assumptions and scope on which it was quoted. Materially increased volume, complexity, urgency, Client delay, changed instructions, repeated revisions, additional meetings, new facts, new entities, new jurisdictions, authority enquiries, appeals or work outside normal hours may be charged separately.

4.4. Unless another basis is agreed, time-based work is recorded in commenced units of 15 minutes. Time may include meetings, calls, correspondence, review, research, drafting, administration, travel where agreed, coordination and work required to correct or respond to Client changes.

4.5. ARG may require full advance payment, a deposit, retainer, milestone payment, recurring payment authorisation or advance funding of Third-Party Charges. ARG is not required to commence or continue work before cleared funds are available.

4.6. A payment made to ARG constitutes payment of the fee or advance identified in the relevant invoice or Order Confirmation. No amount shall be treated as held in trust, escrow or a regulated client-money account unless ARG expressly confirms that arrangement in a separate written instrument.

4.7. Professional Fees remain separately attributable to the relevant Professional Engagement. Use of a combined invoice, checkout or collection process does not merge ARG’s obligations with those of the Professional.

4.8. Fees exclude VAT and other taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. Government charges, court and registry charges, notarial fees, translation, certification, apostille and legalisation costs, courier charges, travel, accommodation, expert costs, provider fees and other Third-Party Charges are additional.

4.9. The Client is responsible for accurate billing information, currency-conversion charges, bank charges, payment-provider charges imposed upon the Client and taxes or duties arising on the Client’s side. A Business Client required to make a deduction or withholding shall, to the extent permitted by law, increase the payment so that ARG receives the amount it would have received without that deduction.

4.10. An invoice is due on the date stated in it. For a Business Client, an invoice, work report or time record not specifically disputed in Writing within five Business Days after receipt shall constitute prima facie evidence that the recorded work was performed and the amount is due.

4.11. Delivery of a consultation, deliverable, filing confirmation, completed declaration, report or other agreed output constitutes completion of the corresponding Service. A Business Client that does not identify a material non-conformity in Writing within five Business Days after delivery shall be deemed to have accepted the Service, without prejudice to a defect which could not reasonably have been identified within that period.

4.12. ARG may adjust recurring fees by written notice to reflect inflation, wage costs, provider charges, regulatory costs, currency conversion, increased Service volume or changed complexity. An immediate adjustment may be made where Client activity materially exceeds the assumptions upon which the existing price was based.

4.13. Urgent, accelerated, weekend, public-holiday, late-document, retrospective and corrective work may be charged at ARG’s prevailing enhanced rate or at a separately confirmed fixed price.

4.14. ARG may apply any payment to the oldest outstanding amount, interest, recovery cost, committed Third-Party Charge, work in progress, current invoice or retainer requirement, regardless of any inconsistent allocation stated by the Client.

4.15. An overdue Business Client amount accrues statutory commercial interest and reasonable recovery costs from the due date. ARG may suspend Services, cancel appointments, decline filings, withhold non-mandatory deliverables, require full advance payment and recover collection costs until all overdue amounts are paid.

4.16. A Business Client shall make payment without set-off, deduction, retention or counterclaim unless ARG agrees otherwise in Writing or a final enforceable judgment establishes the amount of the counterclaim.

4.17. The Client shall contact ARG before initiating a chargeback and shall provide a reasonable opportunity for investigation. An unjustified chargeback constitutes payment default. The Client shall reimburse ARG for provider charges, investigation costs and reasonable legal expenses arising from an unjustified payment dispute.

4.18. ARG may disclose booking, acceptance, payment, communication, attendance and delivery evidence to payment providers, banks, card networks, insurers and competent authorities for the purpose of defending a payment or chargeback dispute.

4.19. Where a refund is approved, ARG may deduct non-refundable bank, currency-conversion, payment-provider and Third-Party Charges except where mandatory law requires those amounts to be refunded. Refunds are initiated through the original payment method unless another lawful method is agreed. Provider and banking processing periods remain outside ARG’s control.

4.20. ARG may withhold its own work product, drafts, reports, internal records and non-mandatory handover assistance until all fees and costs are paid. Client originals shall be returned in accordance with applicable law and reasonable administrative arrangements.

5. Consultation Booking, Cancellation and Withdrawal

5.1. A confirmed consultation reserves capacity and may result in immediate intake, file creation, conflict checking, Service Team allocation, calendar reservation, document review, research and preparation. The cancellation terms allocate the cost of reserved capacity and work which may not be reusable or capable of reassignment.

5.2. Unless a consultation is expressly designated as Extended or Bespoke, the following rules apply:

(a) a cancellation validly received at least 48 hours before the confirmed start time entitles the Client to a refund of the ARG consultation price, without a cancellation fee, but subject to any non-refundable payment-provider, currency or Third-Party Charges which ARG is legally entitled to deduct;

(b) a cancellation received between 24 and 48 hours before the confirmed start time entitles the Client, at ARG’s election, to one replacement appointment to be used within 30 days or a refund of 50 per cent of the confirmed ARG consultation price; and

(c) a cancellation received less than 24 hours before the confirmed start time does not entitle the Client to a refund, and the full confirmed price remains due.

5.3. A consultation may be designated as Extended or Bespoke where it involves multiple Professionals, substantial document review, written preparation, interpretation, travel, a duration exceeding 90 minutes or another material pre-appointment commitment. Where that designation is disclosed before payment:

(a) cancellation at least five Business Days before the confirmed start entitles the Client to a refund of the affected ARG consultation price, subject to non-refundable charges;

(b) cancellation between two and five Business Days before the confirmed start entitles the Client, at ARG’s election, to one replacement appointment or a refund of 50 per cent of the confirmed ARG consultation price; and

(c) cancellation less than two Business Days before the confirmed start does not entitle the Client to a refund.

5.4. A Client booking after an applicable cancellation period has already commenced accepts the cancellation stage in effect at the time of booking.

5.5. A replacement appointment applies only to substantially the same Client, scope, preparation requirements and Service Team configuration. A second rescheduling request, material change of scope or failure to attend the replacement appointment is treated as a cancellation at the time of the second request or failure.

5.6. The Client shall attend or join at the confirmed time. The Service Team will ordinarily remain available for ten minutes. A late Client receives only the remaining scheduled time. The appointment ends at the original time unless the Service Team elects to extend it.

5.7. Failure to attend within ten minutes without prior written agreement constitutes a No-show. A No-show is treated as full performance of ARG’s capacity-reservation obligation, and the full confirmed price remains due.

5.8. Client-side connectivity, device, calendar, time-zone, travel, authentication, account-access or email problems are treated as Client delay or No-show unless caused by ARG’s own confirmed meeting system.

5.9. A cancellation or rescheduling request is effective only when received through the function or contact method identified in the Order Confirmation. The recorded receipt time and the time zone stated in the booking determine the applicable period.

5.10. ARG may replace a Service Team member with a suitably qualified person, change the meeting platform, alter non-essential logistics or propose a reasonable alternative time. Such action does not constitute cancellation by ARG.

5.11. Where ARG cancels and cannot provide a suitable replacement or reasonable alternative, ARG may provide a service credit or refund the amount attributable to the unperformed ARG Service. That credit or refund is the Client’s primary monetary remedy for the cancellation, subject to mandatory law.

5.12. A Consumer entering into a qualifying distance or off-premises service contract may have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right. That right applies only where and to the extent required by mandatory law and operates separately from the commercial cancellation provisions above.

5.13. Where a Consumer requests performance during the statutory withdrawal period, the Consumer expressly requests ARG to begin the Service, including capacity reservation, intake, allocation, review and preparation. If the Consumer withdraws after performance begins, ARG may retain or recover the proportionate price for the Service supplied before receipt of the withdrawal.

5.14. Where the Service is fully performed during the statutory withdrawal period following the Consumer’s express prior consent and acknowledgement, the withdrawal right ends to the extent provided by law.

5.15. ARG may require the following separate checkout confirmation:

“I expressly request ARG to begin the booked Service before the statutory withdrawal period expires. I understand that I may be required to pay for the Service supplied before any valid withdrawal and that the statutory withdrawal right may end after full performance where applicable law so provides.”

5.16. The final payment action may be labelled:

“Book and pay — obligation to pay.”

5.17. Where an online withdrawal function is legally required, the Consumer may use the function designated on the Website. A clear statement containing the Client’s name, booking number, Service and decision to withdraw is sufficient, subject to identity verification.

5.18. A statutory withdrawal may be stated as follows:

“I hereby withdraw from the contract for Service [identify Service], booking number [number], concluded on [date]. Name: [name]. Email used for booking: [email]. Date: [date].”

5.19. Where mandatory law requires a cancellation amount applicable to a Consumer to be reduced by reference to work performed, reserved capacity or proportionality, the stated amount operates as the maximum contractual amount, and ARG may retain the maximum amount lawfully recoverable in the circumstances.

5.20. Cancellation of a consultation does not terminate a separate project, retainer, subscription, recurring Service or Professional Engagement. Each must be terminated separately under its applicable terms.

6. Confidentiality, Documents, Deliverables and Intellectual Property

6.1. ARG shall treat non-public Client information as confidential and may use or disclose it for Service delivery, professional coordination, administration, compliance, security, payment, quality control, insurance, legal defence and the processing purposes set out in these T&C and PP.

6.2. ARG may disclose confidential information to members of the Service Team, Professionals, contractors, processors, payment providers, banks, insurers, auditors, professional advisers, courts, regulators, public authorities, security specialists and fraud investigators where reasonably necessary for an accepted Service, legal obligation, payment, compliance, security, investigation, claim or protection of rights.

6.3. Once an attorney accepts a legal engagement, legal instructions, privileged material, legal strategy and attorney advice shall be transmitted through the attorney-approved protected channel. ARG may retain the administrative records necessary for its own engagement.

6.4. Information submitted before an engagement is accepted constitutes preliminary intake information. A prospective Client shall not submit complete privileged files, original evidence or highly sensitive records until ARG or the responsible Professional identifies the appropriate secure channel.

6.5. Where protected or highly sensitive material is sent through an unsuitable channel, ARG may identify, isolate, route, quarantine or delete that material to preserve confidentiality and security.

6.6. Email, messaging, video and cloud communications involve inherent transmission and endpoint risks. The Client shall verify recipients, protect access, avoid unnecessary copying and independently confirm unusual payment instructions. ARG may require information to be resent through another channel.

6.7. A meeting may be recorded, transcribed or processed through an AI-assisted note-taking function where the configuration is announced and any required permission is obtained. The Client shall not record, transcribe, stream, publish or distribute a meeting without prior written approval from every participant whose approval is required.

6.8. The Client retains rights in materials supplied by the Client and grants ARG and the Service Team a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to copy, store, review, analyse, translate, adapt, transmit and otherwise use those materials as reasonably necessary for the Services, professional coordination, compliance, security, payment, recordkeeping and legal defence.

6.9. ARG retains all rights in its Website, brand, methodologies, service architecture, templates, questionnaires, taxonomies, workflows, software, databases, precedents, pricing logic, reports, checklists, internal notes, research methods, training materials and know-how.

6.10. Following full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use a final ARG deliverable solely for the Client, purpose, transaction, facts, date, persons and jurisdictions identified in the Order Confirmation.

6.11. Drafts, preliminary comments, internal working papers, research notes, risk assessments, compliance records, quality records, models and operational documentation are not deliverables unless expressly identified as such.

6.12. A deliverable may not be sold, sublicensed, published as a template, used to train a commercial AI system, used to provide competing services, materially altered for third-party reliance or distributed beyond the confirmed matter without ARG’s prior written consent.

6.13. No third party acquires a right to rely upon a deliverable merely by receiving or reviewing it. ARG accepts no duty or liability to a third party unless ARG expressly enters into a written reliance agreement with that third party.

6.14. ARG has no duty to update a completed deliverable after its delivery because of later facts, conduct, legislation, official practice or market developments unless a separate update engagement is accepted.

6.15. The Client shall retain original documents and independent backups. ARG may scan, copy, archive, return or securely destroy documents in accordance with the accepted Service, legal obligations and retention provisions below.

6.16. Physical originals are accepted only by prior arrangement and remain at the Client’s risk while in transit. ARG is not responsible for courier or postal loss outside its control.

6.17. ARG may use general concepts, experience, methods, workflows, templates, anonymised insights and non-identifying statistics developed or refined during an engagement, provided that identifiable Client-confidential information is not publicly disclosed.

6.18. ARG may use a Client’s name, logo, identifiable testimonial, photograph or identifiable case information only with the relevant permission.

7. Remedies, Liability, Indemnity and External Events

7.1. ARG’s obligations are limited to performing the accepted Services within the confirmed scope. No visa, residence status, citizenship decision, legal result, tax treatment, audit outcome, filing acceptance, court result, licence, permit, account opening, financing decision, property transaction, investment return, processing period or other outcome controlled by a third party is guaranteed unless expressly guaranteed in a signed written instrument issued by an authorised ARG representative.

7.2. Advice, recommendations and deliverables are based upon the facts, documents, assumptions, law, official practice and market information available at the relevant date. ARG is not responsible for an outcome affected by incomplete information, changed facts, future conduct, a differing authority interpretation or subsequent change in law or practice.

7.3. Where ARG materially fails to perform an accepted ARG obligation, ARG shall have the initial and primary right to investigate and, at its election, correct the affected work, repeat the affected Service, provide a replacement, issue a service credit or refund the price paid for the defective and unperformed portion.

7.4. Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, the Client shall provide ARG with a reasonable opportunity to investigate and cure before seeking another remedy. The remedies in Clause 7.3 are the Client’s primary remedies for a remediable failure.

7.5. Responsibility for a Professional’s accepted professional work, regulated advice, independent judgment, representation, professional secrecy and professional conduct rests with that Professional under the Professional Engagement. ARG is responsible only for ARG’s own accepted consultation, platform, booking, administrative, technology, payment-administration, project-management and coordination obligations.

7.6. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARG is liable only for proven direct loss caused by ARG’s breach of an accepted obligation. Liability shall be reduced to reflect Client acts or omissions, inaccurate information, late instructions, failure to mitigate, failure to follow advice, use beyond scope, other advisers, Professionals, authorities, providers and all other contributing causes.

7.7. ARG is not liable for loss arising from inaccurate, incomplete, concealed, late, forged, altered or unauthorised information; inconsistent instructions; missed Client actions; failure to obtain an approval; failure to review a document; compromised Client credentials; unlawful conduct; use of a deliverable beyond scope; or a decision taken contrary to a recommendation.

7.8. For a Business Client, ARG excludes liability, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, misrepresentation, restitution, breach of statutory duty or otherwise, for indirect, consequential, incidental, exemplary or punitive loss; loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, contract, anticipated savings, business, goodwill, reputation, financing, tax benefit, market value or data; business interruption; management or employee time; cost of replacement financing; and fines or penalties resulting from the Business Client’s conduct or non-compliance.

7.9. For a Business Client, ARG’s total aggregate liability arising from or connected with a Service, related Services or related event shall not exceed the total ARG fees actually paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the event. Professional Fees, taxes, government charges and Third-Party Charges are excluded when calculating the cap.

7.10. Where a monetary cap applicable to a Consumer is legally effective, ARG’s aggregate liability shall be limited to the greater of the ARG fee paid for the affected Service and any minimum amount which mandatory law requires. No limitation excludes a liability which applicable law makes incapable of exclusion.

7.11. Stripe, Webflow, Google, telecommunications providers, public registries, government portals, banks, payment institutions, cloud providers, email providers, video providers and other external systems control their own infrastructure. ARG is not liable for an outage, delay, transaction rejection, account restriction, data corruption, changed functionality, security incident, discontinuation or processing failure outside ARG’s reasonable control.

7.12. ARG applies risk-based technical and organisational safeguards. Sophisticated criminal attacks, phishing, previously unknown vulnerabilities, provider-side compromises, infrastructure failures and Client-account takeovers may occur despite appropriate safeguards. The occurrence of unauthorised access or a cyber incident does not by itself establish breach, fault or liability by ARG.

7.13. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARG is not liable for loss caused solely by an independent unauthorised third party, malicious external intrusion, previously unknown vulnerability, external infrastructure, provider-side compromise, telecommunications failure, compromised Client device, compromised Client email, stolen Client credentials or failure by the Client to follow security instructions where responsibility for the event does not legally attach to ARG.

7.14. A claimant must establish actual recoverable loss, breach attributable to ARG and the legally required causal connection. Mandatory data-protection duties and remedies apply only to the extent required by applicable law.

7.15. Where ARG is legally liable for recoverable data loss, liability is limited to the reasonable cost of restoring the latest available backup or recreating the affected ARG deliverable, subject to the applicable aggregate cap.

7.16. The Client shall take all reasonable steps to avoid and mitigate loss and shall notify ARG promptly after discovering a material issue. Liability shall be reduced to the extent that prompt notice, reasonable cooperation or mitigation would have prevented or reduced the loss or evidential prejudice.

7.17. All claims arising from the same facts, related acts, omissions or continuing event are treated as one claim for application of the liability cap. The Client shall not recover more than once for the same loss and shall credit refunds, service credits, insurance proceeds, Professional recoveries, provider recoveries and other compensation received.

7.18. A Business Client shall indemnify ARG, its officers, personnel, contractors and operational suppliers against third-party claims, investigations, penalties, liabilities, losses, costs and reasonable legal expenses arising from inaccurate information, unlawful instructions, lack of authority, infringement of third-party rights, unlawful disclosure of personal data, misuse of deliverables, fraudulent activity, compromised Client systems, tax or regulatory non-compliance or material breach of these T&C and PP.

7.19. The indemnity does not apply to loss finally determined by a competent court to have been caused by ARG’s fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence. An indemnity applicable to a Consumer operates only to the extent permitted by mandatory law.

7.20. ARG shall not be in breach or liable for delay, interruption or failure caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including natural disaster, fire, flood, epidemic, war, terrorism, civil disorder, industrial action, border closure, government action, sanctions, change in law, authority shutdown, registry failure, power or internet outage, cyberattack despite appropriate measures, provider failure, transport disruption, illness or unavailability of an essential specialist or failure of a critical third party.

7.21. ARG may respond to an external event by extending timelines, changing personnel, changing technology or communication channels, re-sequencing work, suspending the affected Service or proposing an alternative means of performance. Fees remain due for work performed, capacity reserved and non-cancellable costs committed.

7.22. Nothing in these T&C and PP excludes or limits liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence where advance limitation is prohibited or another expressly non-excludable liability.

8. Suspension, Termination, Complaints and Governing Law

8.1. ARG may decline an enquiry or refuse to commence a Service at its discretion, subject only to applicable law and any payment already accepted for an unperformed Service.

8.2. ARG may suspend, restrict or terminate a Service immediately where the Client fails to pay, fails to cooperate, fails to provide information, submits unreliable documents, changes scope without agreement, creates a conflict or compliance concern, behaves abusively, creates security or reputational risk, gives unlawful instructions, compromises systems or otherwise makes continued performance commercially, legally or professionally unreasonable.

8.3. Suspension or termination does not affect ARG’s right to fees for work performed, reserved capacity, committed expenditure, cancellation charges, interest, collection costs or other accrued rights.

8.4. ARG may terminate an engagement on reasonable notice for capacity, provider change, operational restructuring or strategic reasons. ARG may offer a replacement, transition or refund of an amount attributable solely to an unperformed Service.

8.5. The Client may terminate an ongoing ARG Service by written notice through the designated channel. The Client remains liable for fees earned, work in progress, reserved capacity, committed Third-Party Charges, non-cancellable expenditure and reasonable termination or handover work.

8.6. Termination of ARG’s engagement does not terminate a Professional Engagement. The Client must communicate separately with the relevant Professional.

8.7. Handover of ARG work product and non-mandatory records is conditional upon payment of all amounts due. ARG may retain copies required for compliance, accounting, insurance, legal claims, security and recordkeeping.

8.8. A Service complaint must be submitted in Writing through the designated contact and must identify the booking or engagement, relevant facts, alleged failure and requested resolution. ARG may require supporting documents and shall have a reasonable opportunity to investigate and provide a contractual remedy.

8.9. A complaint concerning regulated work of a Professional shall be determined under the Professional Engagement and applicable professional procedure. ARG may provide administrative routing without assuming responsibility for the professional determination.

8.10. These T&C and PP and every ARG Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, excluding conflict-of-law principles to the extent a choice is permitted.

8.11. For a Business Client, the courts having territorial jurisdiction over ARG’s registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction. ARG may nevertheless bring proceedings at the Business Client’s registered office, place of performance, location of assets or another competent venue.

8.12. A Consumer retains only those jurisdiction and substantive protections which mandatory law makes incapable of contractual alteration.

8.13. A dispute relating to one item does not suspend payment of undisputed amounts or performance of unrelated obligations. ARG may continue, suspend or separate unaffected work.

8.14. ARG may assign or transfer its rights and obligations to an affiliate, successor, purchaser of the business, purchaser of relevant assets or entity assuming the relevant operations. The Client may not assign, transfer or subcontract its rights or obligations without ARG’s prior written consent.

8.15. The contractual documents identified in Clause 1 contain the entire agreement concerning the confirmed scope and replace all prior discussions, representations and correspondence relating to that scope. The Client confirms that it has not relied upon an informal statement not incorporated into those documents.

8.16. Delay or failure to exercise a right does not constitute waiver. A waiver is effective only if made in Writing and only for the specific matter identified.

8.17. Except for a person expressly protected by an indemnity or liability provision, no third party acquires a right to enforce an ARG contract.

8.18. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed. The remaining provisions continue in effect.

8.19. ARG may amend these T&C and PP for future Website use and future engagements by publishing an updated version. An existing engagement remains governed by the version incorporated at acceptance, except for a change required by law, security, provider requirements or technical necessity which does not materially remove an accrued contractual right.

8.20. Provisions concerning payment, confidentiality, intellectual property, reliance, liability, indemnity, personal data, security, records, governing law and disputes survive completion or termination.

9. Personal Data Processing and Disclosure

9.1. ARG is the controller of personal data processed for operation of the Website; administration of enquiries, bookings and payments; delivery of ARG Services; Client relationship management; professional coordination; compliance; security; quality control; marketing; complaints; debt recovery; insurance; legal claims; and business administration.

9.2. An attorney who accepts a legal assignment controls the attorney’s professional file, privileged communications, legal instructions, conflict records, legal advice and professional records. Another independent Professional may act as controller for the professional work accepted by that Professional. ARG remains controller for its own booking, payment, consent, coordination, status, security, quality and commercial records.

9.3. ARG may process information relating to Website visitors, prospective Clients, Clients, representatives, directors, shareholders, beneficial owners, employees, family members, dependants, counterparties, Professionals, suppliers, applicants and other persons connected with a Service.

9.4. Personal data processed by ARG may include identity and contact details; citizenship, residence and travel information; family and dependant information; corporate positions, ownership and beneficial ownership; employment and payroll information; accounting, tax, transaction, asset, liability, banking and source-of-funds information; property, immigration, education, licensing and compliance information; contracts, correspondence, documents and meeting records; booking and payment information; marketing preferences; IP address, device, browser, location, log, authentication and security information; and any other information relevant to an enquiry, Service, compliance obligation or legal claim.

9.5. Where relevant and legally authorised, ARG may process special categories of personal data, including health, disability, racial or ethnic origin, religion, political exposure, trade-union information, biometric identifiers and other protected characteristics. ARG may also process criminal-record and criminal-offence information where required for immigration, employment, licensing, sanctions, compliance, legal claims or another lawful purpose.

9.6. Personal data may be obtained directly from the individual; from a Client, employer, family member, representative, Professional, adviser, bank, payment provider, courier, notary, insurer or other service participant; from commercial registers, beneficial-ownership registers, sanctions and politically exposed person databases, professional registers, court and insolvency records, authority portals, public websites and professional networks; and automatically through Website, payment, cookie, analytics and security systems.

9.7. ARG may process personal data for the following purposes:

(a) reviewing enquiries and requested pre-contractual steps;

(b) classifying requests and determining Service suitability, scope, price and Service Team allocation;

(c) concluding, administering and performing contracts;

(d) making Professional introductions and coordinating accepted Services;

(e) verifying identity, authority, ownership, conflicts, sanctions, source of funds, fraud risk and compliance;

(f) scheduling meetings, processing payments, issuing invoices and administering refunds and disputes;

(g) preparing, reviewing, storing, transmitting and managing documents;

(h) operating, securing, testing and improving the Website and connected systems;

(i) preventing fraud, misuse, cyber incidents and unauthorised access;

(j) maintaining internal records, quality, continuity, insurance and auditability;

(k) collecting debts, enforcing contracts and establishing, exercising or defending legal claims;

(l) complying with legal, regulatory, accounting, tax, professional and authority requirements;

(m) conducting analytics, capacity planning, Service development and business administration;

(n) sending operational communications and, where permitted, marketing and professional information; and

(o) evaluating or completing a financing, restructuring, investment, merger, acquisition, asset sale or transfer of operations.

9.8. Depending upon the activity, ARG relies on consent, performance of a contract, requested pre-contractual steps, compliance with a legal obligation, protection of vital interests, establishment or defence of legal claims or the legitimate interests of ARG or a third party.

9.9. ARG’s legitimate interests include efficient administration, professional coordination, security, fraud prevention, payment collection, quality assurance, Service development, business continuity, relationship management, legal defence, corporate transactions and protection of ARG, Clients, Professionals and third parties.

9.10. Where consent is the applicable basis, it may be withdrawn prospectively through the relevant contact or preference mechanism. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing and does not prevent continued processing on another applicable legal basis.

9.11. ARG may use automated and AI-assisted tools to classify enquiries, recommend a booking pathway, calculate a consultation price, detect fraud, organise documents, summarise information and support administration. Such processing does not by itself determine legal status, authority approval, tax liability or Professional acceptance. Human review may be requested where applicable.

9.12. ARG may disclose personal data to authorised personnel, Professionals, contractors and suppliers; Webflow and hosting providers; Stripe and payment providers; Google Workspace, Calendar, Meet, Maps and related services; CRM, project-management, cloud-storage, email, messaging, electronic-signature, translation, transcription, analytics, consent-management, cybersecurity, backup and technical-support providers; banks, insurers, auditors and advisers; public authorities, courts, regulators and law-enforcement bodies; and parties involved in a corporate transaction.

9.13. Depending upon the relevant function, a recipient may act as ARG’s processor, an independent controller or both in relation to different activities. External providers may apply their own contractual and privacy terms.

9.14. ARG may disclose the information reasonably necessary for a Professional to assess, accept or perform an assignment. Following acceptance, the Professional may collect additional information directly.

9.15. A Client providing personal data concerning another person warrants that the disclosure is lawful, accurate and authorised and that any required privacy information has been provided. A Business Client shall indemnify ARG against claims arising from breach of that warranty.

9.16. ARG may process payment confirmation, transaction identifiers, amount, currency, billing information, masked payment-method information, authentication results, fraud indicators, chargeback information and refund status. Where a hosted payment interface is used, complete card details ordinarily remain within the payment provider’s environment.

9.17. ARG may send operational communications relating to enquiries, bookings, payments, documents, deadlines, active Services, security, complaints and contractual changes. Such communications are not marketing and may continue while the relevant relationship exists.

9.18. ARG may send newsletters, event invitations, Service updates and professional information where consent or another lawful basis applies. A recipient may object to electronic direct marketing through the unsubscribe or designated contact mechanism.

9.19. Personal data may be processed outside Bulgaria or the European Economic Area where required for providers, support, international Services, Professional coordination, authority submissions or Client instructions. ARG may rely upon an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses, supplementary measures, an applicable statutory derogation, explicit consent where appropriate or another lawful transfer mechanism.

10. Cookies, Retention, Security, Rights and Contact

10.1. The Website may use cookies, pixels, local storage, session storage, tags, software-development kits and similar technologies for operation, security, preference storage, analytics, external content and marketing. References to “cookies” include those comparable technologies.

10.2. Essential technologies may support Website delivery, security, load balancing, fraud prevention, form operation, consent records, booking continuity, payment routing, authentication and secure areas. They may operate without optional consent where technically necessary to provide a requested function.

10.3. Preference technologies may remember language, region, accessibility choices, booking progress and interface settings. Analytics technologies may measure traffic, navigation, device patterns, errors, performance, form interaction and conversion. Marketing technologies may measure attribution, campaign interaction and conversion. External-content technologies may be used for maps, video, scheduling, social media and similar functionality.

10.4. Non-essential cookies shall operate according to the consent configuration applicable to the visitor. The consent interface may provide options to Accept all, Reject non-essential or Manage preferences and may provide a persistent means of reopening preferences.

10.5. The live cookie-settings interface may serve as the current technical register and may identify the provider, purpose, category, identifier and duration. Provider updates may alter technical identifiers before these T&C and PP are republished.

10.6. Blocking essential technologies may prevent forms, bookings, payments, saved preferences or secure areas from functioning correctly.

10.7. ARG retains personal data for the longest period reasonably necessary for the relevant Service, legal obligation, contractual right, professional requirement, limitation period, security purpose, insurance requirement or legal claim.

10.8. Unless a different period is justified:

(a) unaccepted enquiries and preliminary correspondence may be retained for up to three years after the last meaningful contact;

(b) booking, consultation, contractual, Service, complaint and project-administration records may be retained for at least five years after completion or termination and longer where necessary for claims or compliance;

(c) accounting, transaction, invoice and tax records may be retained for the applicable statutory period, which may be ten years;

(d) payroll statements and records may be retained for the longer statutory period applicable to them, which may extend to 50 years;

(e) identity, conflict, sanctions, fraud and anti-money-laundering records may be retained for the period required by the applicable compliance framework;

(f) marketing information may be retained until objection or expiry of the relevant purpose, with a minimal suppression record retained thereafter;

(g) routine technical and security logs may be retained for up to 24 months, with incident-related records retained longer; and

(h) backups and provider replicas may remain until expiry through the relevant backup and disaster-recovery cycle.

10.9. ARG may retain information for longer where an invoice remains unpaid, a complaint, investigation, legal hold, authority request, insurance matter, dispute or Professional obligation remains active.

10.10. ARG may irreversibly anonymise information and retain anonymised statistics, analysis and operational insights without a fixed personal-data retention period.

10.11. ARG applies risk-based technical and organisational measures which may include role-based access, multi-factor authentication, encryption in transit, confidentiality obligations, malware protection, provider review, backups, access logging, separation of duties, document controls, personnel training and incident-response procedures.

10.12. No internet, cloud, email, payment or communication environment can be guaranteed to remain immune from every criminal attack, provider failure, user error or previously unknown vulnerability. The existence of a security programme does not constitute an absolute warranty that no incident can occur.

10.13. ARG may investigate suspected incidents, restrict access, reset credentials, preserve evidence, engage providers and Professionals, restore operations, notify insurers and determine whether notification to an authority or affected person is legally required.

10.14. A person who suspects phishing, unauthorised access, a misdirected communication, a vulnerable page, credential theft or loss of a device containing ARG information shall promptly contact ARG through the security or privacy channel published on the Website.

10.15. Subject to statutory conditions and exceptions, an individual may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent and human review of qualifying automated decisions.

10.16. A request must be sent through the privacy contact published on the Website or to ARG’s registered address and must contain sufficient information to identify the applicant, relevant relationship and requested action. ARG may require proportionate evidence of identity, authority or representation.

10.17. ARG may refuse or charge a reasonable administrative fee for a manifestly unfounded or excessive request where permitted by law. Erasure, restriction, access or portability may be limited where necessary for legal obligations, professional secrecy, legal privilege, accounting records, compliance, debt recovery, security, legal claims or the rights of another person.

10.18. Where a request principally concerns a Professional-controlled file, ARG may forward it to the responsible Professional.

10.19. An individual may lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority. In Bulgaria, the supervisory authority is:

Commission for Personal Data Protection
2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd.
Sofia 1592
Republic of Bulgaria
Email: kzld@cpdp.bg

10.20. Formal contractual, privacy and security notices may be sent through the relevant contact or function published on the Website or by post to:

10.21. The Website acceptance wording may state:

“I have read and accept the ARG T&C and PP (Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy).”

10.22. By continuing to access or use the Website after publication of an updated version, the user accepts the updated provisions applicable to subsequent Website use. A new booking or engagement shall be governed by the version made available at the time of acceptance.
