Alexander Viktorovich founded ARG in Switzerland in 1998. Over more than 30 years in international business, he has built, managed and advised companies across different countries and led the development of brands with annual revenue above €20 million.
Alexander works with entrepreneurs, investors and families planning a move to Bulgaria or a change in how their business operates across countries. He starts with the client’s existing companies, sources of income and family plans to identify the decisions that need to be made before the move.
As CEO and Managing Partner, he sets the direction of ARG’s work and coordinates lawyers, tax advisers, accountants and relocation consultants. His focus is on how the arrangements will work in practice: who will manage the business, where decisions will be made and what support the client will need after establishing operations.
