Ivan’s work at ARG focuses on the legal questions that arise when a company is established, changes ownership or management, or enters a new market. He reviews corporate arrangements and commercial contracts, clarifies responsibilities and advises on the legal implications of proposed business decisions.
He works with business owners, investors and managers whose relocation also affects their companies. His role includes identifying which agreements and corporate documents need attention and coordinating the legal work with tax and accounting advice. For matters involving more than one jurisdiction, he works with the relevant local lawyers and professional advisers.
